1. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful online payment, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with details of your transaction and booked services.

2. Appointment Details

You will be provided with a booking confirmation including:

• Appointment date & time
• Doctor’s name & specialization
• Clinic location (for in-person visits) or video consultation link
