Greenland Clinic offers a 7-Day Rescheduling Guarantee on appointments and paid services.

1. Rescheduling or Cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of failure to inform us within this time, the booking may be marked as a “No Show” and may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The appointment is cancelled by Greenland Clinic.
• You cancel within the permitted time frame.
• A service was paid for but could not be rendered due to technical or scheduling issues.

Refunds are not applicable if:

• You fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice.
• The service has already been rendered.
• The cancellation request is made post the allowable time window.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to verification.
